Ludus

The ludus stands slightly apart from the rest of the town, over looking the sea from its hillside vantage point. This imposing building is set on two stories, and despite its history as a gladiatorial school, the upper floor now houses the Legatus - Pry, the island's Slaver - Tara and their young family. The lower floor serves as both a store house and the main slave quarters for the island. On any given day the ludus is usally filled with the sounds of soldiers laughter, bustling slaves and the squeals of children learning to spar with wooden swords. Long gone are the days of blood, sweat and tears as the new residents of the ludus bring about a new era.
